چکیده
ABSTRACT Given the lack of information on use spontaneous plants from Caatinga biome as green manure to produce grains, present work aimed agronomically and economically optimize cowpea production for grains their components when fertilized with equitable biomass amounts hairy woodrose (Merremia aegyptia L.) roostertree (Calotropis procera Ait.) in two cropping seasons a semi-arid environment. The experiment used randomized complete block design, five treatments replicates. consisted dry M. C. 16, 29, 42, 55 68 t ha-1. In each experiment, an additional treatment was planted without fertilizer (absolute control), another mineral purpose comparison maximum physical or economic efficiency. optimized (agronomic) efficiencies pods grain were reached productivity at 3.90 ha-1 4.06 ha-1, incorporation into soil 45.07 50.48 manure, respectively. efficiency net income R$5826.12 rate return 1.29 reals real invested application 38.74 37.85 tested biomass.

A Review of Green Manuring Practices in Sugarcane Production
The incorporation of ecological practices into sugarcane production and management has the potential to arrest and ameliorate the negative effects of monocropping on soil degradation and yield decline. Historically, the production of green manures as cover or break crops has been shown to improve the physical, chemical, and biological properties of soil for many crops in production agriculture....

Livestock fodder needs in nearly all developing countries now exceed the sustainable yield of rangelands and other forage resources. In Africa, overgrazing has reduced range productivity virtually everywhere. It is important to provide animals with adequate nutrition to ensure the high productive and reproductive performance. Meanwhile, it is necessary to avoid the deterioration of the pasturel...
متن کاملGroundwater level fluctuation forecasting Using Artificial Neural Network in Arid and Semi-Arid Environment
In arid and semi-arid environments, groundwater plays a significant role in the ecosystem. In the last decades, groundwater levels have decreased due to the increasing demand for water, weak irrigation management and soil damage. For the effective management of groundwater, it is important to model and predict fluctuations in groundwater levels. In this study, groundwater table in Kashan plain ...
